BENIMAR SEASON 2021
The year 2020 brought us many surprises š¦ š·. Therefore, we are glad that the 2021 season was even presented! š Joking aside, the coronavirus situation had a very interesting impact on the motorhome industry ā the demand for motorhomes even increased in many countries. The reason probably lies in the emergence of so-called ānewcomersā who had not paid attention to motorhomes before, but now, in the current situation, have recognized certain advantages of a motorhome ā independence, isolation from the surroundings, flexibility, etc. ā and have decided on their traveling bubble.
For the 2021 season, there will be no major changes at Benimar. Given that new integrators, new Fiat engines, and new interiors (and only slightly modified grilles) were introduced for Ford last year, this is entirely in line with expectations. Due to disruptions in the supply chain, production limitations, etc., similar situations are expected from other manufacturers. Nevertheless, Benimar did introduce some changes that we were very happy about, as they had been on our wish list for quite some time.
We were most pleased with Amphitryon’s new layout, which allows for an integrated motorhome for 5-member families. The Mileo class finally got a layout under 7 m with longitudinal beds at the rear (M261)! All layouts with longitudinal beds now also have access to the luggage compartment, without losing the comfortable step as before. This year, the anniversary Perseo class is no longer available, but the floor plans that were available in the Perseo range are now available in the Mileo range. As every year, there are also some visual changes and interior improvements, as well as some new layouts and new UP versions.
Layouts
The following layouts will be available in the 2021 season:
NEW FEATURES and DETAILS
All ranges will have the following new features:
16ā³ wheels as standard (except Vani)
modified sticker design + range name above the bumper, model on the upper right rear
optional silver cabin with Northautokapp package
new upholstery on wall panels
new plastics in the cabin area where the storage surface is + new lights
230V/12V sockets in the garage
stronger reading lights at the rear with USB ports
access to the luggage compartment in layouts with longitudinal beds
AMPHITRYON
The exterior design remains the same as last year, which is expected, as it was completely renovated last year. The most noticeable changes are a slightly browner, warmer wood in the interior and, of course, a new layout: a 6.99-meter long version with five very quickly prepared beds, the latter two being height-adjustable.
Packages remain the same as last year, with the only exception being that the A940 model in the Northautokapp version does not have the Alde heating system.
News:
new handle and color on the entrance door
fog lights in Vista and Northautokapp packages
new CBE control panel
new protection for the kitchen window
new countertop and sink in the bathroom
ambient lights in the shower + new storage shelves
rails for attaching equipment in the garage area
MILEO
The Mileo class has undergone minimal visual changes.

Two new very interesting layouts:

An increasingly popular floor plan with a very open and spacious front living area.
TESSORO
The Tessoro range has also undergone minimal visual changes.

FORD cab section ā New for 2020 in the standard equipment:
SPORT
In terms of materials, the interior design is the same as in the Tessoro range. Two models are based on Fiat (S323, S346) and two on Ford (S363, S340up).

UP MODELS
What are UP versions? UP models are very affordable and ready for immediate use on the road. They are available in a precisely defined configuration, meaning that packages cannot be added or removed. Equipment that is truly useful on the road is included: awning, 140 W solar panel, antenna, 20ā TV, travel kit, reverse sensors, battery. However, due to the more favorable price, some details that do not have such great utility or are not important to everyone have been omitted. Thus, in UP versions, the front bumper is black, the seats are not in the upholstery color, there is no side lighting, and no ambient lighting or front fog lights. All UP versions have a table anchored to the wall.
The following UP models will be available in the 2021 season:
T440up, T463up, T495up, S346up, B104up, B116up, B144up, 190up
BENIVAN
Benimar expands its van offerings every year. In the 2021 season, there will be nine different floor plans available ā for the first time, including a floor plan with a pop-top roof. The most desired 5.99 m long layout with bunk beds at the rear is available in three price versions: B110, B116 Up, and B119. The most prestigious version is the B119, which boasts a beautiful panoramic window at the front and a kitchen sink made of Kerrock material.
